• Descent Phase - As the intensity of the experience passes, the music softens and guides the journeyer back to earth. Ethereal 432Hz soundscapes create a sense of wonder, while the narration encourages emotional release.

• Integration - Delta Wave Binaural Beats (associated with restoration) encourage a period of introspection and reflection. Narrative prompts guide the listener to explore their emotions and suggest simple, practical, life-changing steps.
